Cavalino

Initially created to promote quite productive young Grenache, it became a mainstay of the range. Better regulated production of Grenache has permitted to gain in concentration on this wine. The rise of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend gave more spicy notes and durability. This longevity is reinforced by the farm in barrels of a part of the vintage. Tasting

The colour is beautiful, mauve and crystal. The nose is dominated by intense wild strawberry -flavoured, redcurrant, anise and bergamot. Nice progress in the mouth, fresh and slightly acid..
